I wish I could be on an island somewhere too, forgetting about Sarah Marshall. Instead, we're slowly trying to survive this thing we call winter. While you're bundling up - here are some tips to keep your body in tip-top shape.
1. Get a good night's sleep.
2. Wash your hands.
3. Stay hydrated.
4. Layer up on those clothes.
5. Eat healthier
1. Get a good night's sleep.
- At some point you gotta put away those books. Not only will it help you focus for tomorrow's accounting test, it will help your body recharge.
2. Wash your hands.
- Have you ever realized how many surfaces your hands touch daily? Think again and wash those hands! It will help prevent the spreading of germs to and from your classmates & roommates.
3. Stay hydrated.
- Drinking H20 will help your body flush out toxins and help you battle that cold
4. Layer up on those clothes.
- You might be dreaming of shorts and t-shirts, but they are not ideal pieces for 29 degrees. Pop on that pull-over and keep your body warm.
5. Eat healthier
- I love pizza mart as much as the next Greyhound, but start fueling your body better
- Always start your day with breakfast
- Try to incorporate fruits & vegetables into your daily diet
